LOCAL DUST ASPIRATION

LOCAL DUST ASPIRATION

Local Dust Aspiration
The jet filters are automatic systems allowing to take dust, odour and smoke arising during production in an industrial area, from environment and to filter them.

Dusts arising during transportation of bulk materials in dust, granular and grain structure from one point to another, storing them and processing them, harm the environment. Dedusting and filter systems are used to collect these dusts before they spread to the environment.

Local dust aspiration units are mounted on the bulk parts of machines such as elevators, chain conveyors, etc. where goods are transferred. The blower connected to the machine vacuums the air through the filter cloths. Flying dust stick around the cloths together with the vacuumed air. The air that is sent into the cloths in specific intervals through the pulse valves, ensures that the dust collected around it is returned to the system by shaking the cloths.
