- It is very important to take samples from different parts of the truck in order to make the quality analysis of the products delivered by the truck faster and healthier.
- The sample is taken with pneumatic suction and transferred to the laboratory.
- The rail carriage is equipped with a longitudinal drive gearmotor, a rotary drive gearmotor and an up/down drive gearmotor, all controlled by a variable frequency drive.
- This design offers increased torque, adjustable grain drilling force and trailer bottom detection.
- For the most suitable representative sample, this sampler is equipped with a double-walled probe that allows a grain kernel to be taken.
- The sample is transported from the probe to the receiver cabinet in the laboratory by food-grade, anti-static tubing. The vacuum turbine and the electrical enclosure are connected to the mast.
